Who will be our first member with D5000?

D5000 review is out now and image quality is similar to D90 as expected since they share the same sensor.
What I hope for is better LCD for this new D5000 to make its dandy flip down LCD useful. However, that's not the case. On LCD the review says extremely slow contrast detect AF in live view mode... and I guess it means it's no better than D90 LV.
D5000 is still an impressive camera though.... so back to the point who will be our first member here with the brand spankin' new D5000?

I'd think anyone who hangs out here would pull the trigger on the D90 over the 5000 lol.

Agreed. This reminds me of the D40X, kind of a waste really.

How much lower would the price have to drop before we would get the D5000? I'd say about $130, but the D60 would have to drop down to the pricing of the D40s that are still out there.

Would have been a harder decision if the D5000 was like the D70 where it could support one group of external flashes.
