Red face Some edits and critique

You spent a loot of time looking up, I'll admit. The images are very linear ... but, personally, I would have some fun correcting parallax in some of them.

Good job getting out with the "kit" ... you seem to have a better copy than most do. Anyway, in the first image, I would have "cloned out" the light pole ... cause that just sucks in the image. Then, I would have cropped for effect ... eliminating any sub-subjects.

    I don't know ... maybe like this?

By kit I assume you mean the kit lens? I must admit it is doing quite well so far, haven't really run into any issues as of yet.

Yes, the "kit lens" ... and I think you will really enjoy the TAMRON SP AF 17-50mm f/2.8 XR Di-II LD Aspherical (IF) lens, if you get one.

normally, a kit lens is like adding bleach to your colors ... just washes them right out.

I personally like the one of th "KPMG" building. Something about the way the reflection being distorted draws my eye to it. Stop light also looks good...
