    GIMP vs Photoshop

    Does it compare? Can I 'get by' pretty well using the almight, free GIMP?

    I use The GIMP as my main photo editor. I also use Bibble and LightZone, but those are more RAW converters with some editing features. For detailed editing, I have to use The GIMP, and there's nothing I've wanted to do so far that it hasn't been able to do.
