Fuji F100fd doesn't have optical image stabilser but relax! It does have real image stabiliser.
It instead has dual image stabiliser (combine use of digital and CCD-shift image stabilization system).
Technically, optical image stabiliser works by moving the lens elements. Instead CCD shift use the sensor movement to counteract the motion of the camera due to hand shake. Nonetheless CCD-shift image stabilization system is 'real' stabilisation, unlike digital where you use it at the expense of image quality.
