One of the important aspects of setting proper White Balance it to have a white reference reflection in the shot. It cannot be a BLOWN OUT hightlight ... it has to be a real white. I was looking around the flag ... at the stripes and realized that the window sills were actually white. So ... I sampled it and corrected the WB with the "Curves" function. I then adjusted the highlights and shadows to get it looking clear, then sharpened from there, as a last step.
