Good photos as always guys, Frank I like the double wing dragon fly and the great blur of the grass, very nice. Millz hang in there man and hang out with us, post away, if your not sure whats being talked about ask, opens up another discussion that way. I am self taught with all of this, and the info. and advice I got here has been of HUGE help! There are times when life work money the weather etc. sucks for all of us, but I have a little escape room called DCRP LOL So two Jason's eh, laydros and millz, hope that isn't going to cause any confusion, o.k. just kidding guys. heads up everyone, enjoy the ride cause no one here gets out alive!

Here's something y'all might try doing. Reverse your 50mm primes backwards on the lens, set your camera to M mode, meter as usual, open the aperture with your finger and take a few shots. Focus by moving in and out. You have to get pretty close!
# Exposure: 0.025 sec (1/40) [+]
# Aperture: wherever my finger was holding it open
# ISO Speed: 400 [+]
