    If shot in Raw, you can switch back and forth. However, with Sony's software, it resets any other adjustments you have made to the image. So, once you change the color profile, you would have to go back and re-do any other adjustments. But I've found that to not be that big of a deal because the level of adjustments in B&W or Sepia are usually not as involved as in color. If I've shot a RAW image in color that I would like to see in B&W or Sepia, I just make sure I've made a JPEG conversion of the adjusted color image and make notes of my adjustments before making the change.
