    Elisha, darn good-looking shot. A real eye-catcher, but it may be just a little over-exposed. The direct sunlight does require some tight control, that's for sure.

    yeah it probably is over-exposed a little. my monitor is dying and pretty dim and i always have to remember to darken images that look just right cause they tend to look too bright or overexposed to others.
    i forgot to check how this one looked on my laptop. willing to bet the lower petals are a little blown out.

    Here's my first try with my new camera. I finally took the plunge and bought an a700 and Tamron 17-50. I have to say this lens is excellent. Now I just need to get used to all of the new features of the a700.
