Sony DSLR "Picture of the day"
This is my POTD, an evening shot of the Second Severn Crossing, it's a road bridge near where I live. When I edit in Photoshop, it usually goes away when I "save for web" instead of using save as jpeg. But in lightroom, it's always retained But, anyways id' be great to see a bird on it next time

fflower, welcome to the forum. I'm sure we'd all like to see your photo, and while I'm sure you uploaded it, once you return from the upload screen to the message screen, you need to click on the paper clip symbol to actually insert your photo into the post.
Another version from my "Abandoned" series.

I'm giving you the color versions.

Darin, that's a Service Station on the road to nowhere.
I presume you used your CPL to really saturate the colours but which lens?.
A stark image and a stark statement about modern times.
In complete contrast to Steve's Pyramids which could be off a film set.
Nicely done both!

Pete,
Thanks, and sorry about not posting the exif. That was shot with the A900 and Sigma 28-90 mm at 28mm, f/8, 1/250, ISO 100 with CPL
Here's another version:

A900 w/ Sigma 28-90mm @ 28mm, ISO 100, f/8 (1/320, 1/80 and 1/20) two groups merged to HDR in PS CS5 (photorealistic high contrast) and then merged together for panorama, converted to B&W and palladium tone applied.
