Snow is barely missing Chicago, THIS TIME! About an inch or two. Geez, what a year! I knew it!

We're getting a big ice storm today!
Ice storm came through this afternoon with much more to come tonight. Fortunately, I got to go home early this afternoon before things got really bad. Right now there's a good layer of ice outside.
I'm really not sure what happened here other than the fact that this SUV was run off on the wrong side of the road in a one-car accident on this narrow two-way street. The front was pretty banged up. I was surprised to see anything because at this point, it was borderline freezing and I didn't see or feel any ice on my way home.
Anyways, I'm glad I'm home where it's nice and warm!
Perhaps I will have some pretty icy pictures tomorrow .

Everyone loves pool.

I've got a whole series of pool related pictures on my Flickr if you care to look.

Love pool when I get a chance! Are the balls really that yellowish? I think it might need some WBing.

I based the WB'ing off of the table rather than the balls. But the balls are actually like an off-white, so it's actually pretty close.

Oh ok, which lens was that? You should fill in your gear in your sig!

Minolta 50mm Macro. I didn't bother with the sig 'cause I'm going through a complete kit re-organisation. I think I said before that I'm having an eBay clearout to fund new lenses, so kit's in transition.

Way to go, Peter! There's nothing like a good shuffle to get the dust out of your bag!
