    Hooray for Sony

Thought you might find this interesting so I ordered all my sony dslr stuff las week and of course Sony comes out with a special 4 days after i bought my stuff. I sent an email to there customer service and they credited my account. I wasn't hatey in the email just asked if there was anything they could do. Sure enough I got a response and a credit to my account for 298 bucks. i was really surprised actually more than i was hoping they would do. Just posting this if anyone gets in similar situation and to let you no what kind of company Sony is.

ps My calculations were tht they might give me 100 bucks so as you can see i was over joyed

sorry went to sleep early last night 35 people coming over today for turkey day. I got a350, 18-250 lense, the 42 flash, 4gb high compact flash with warranty total was 1880 and they credited me with 298. The wierd thing about it was i sent the email no problem we will look into it. The next day i got the email for the credit. I sent a reply saying that was fine no answer. So i sent another email and the reply was sorry sir we cannot do anything for you b/c the lense wasnt in a bundle they were offering. So a I called and said i was confused i got email saying credit then another saying no the lady was very helpful and said she did not understand either she would check with original supervisor and then bam i got an email saying sorry for the confusion and your credit has been applied

Persistence pays ... way to go!

You almost have enough back to buy a SONY AF 50mm f/1.4 ... or a nice bag and a 62mm circular polarizer (CP) for your lens.
