Please note that you also can get used minolta af lens on ebay with very reasonable price. same is true for minolta flash. look for minolta af 50 1.7 and beercan for your telephoto.

BTW, A200 is a nice camera for the price.

First, I wanted to thank everyone for their inputs. It really helped me to make a decision on which model to get. Second, I just pulled the trigger on an a200. I was able to get it for $450 so I have some left to purchase 1-2 lenses. I hope to sell the kit lens to so that will help with buying other lenses!
