Getting the best of FZ18 Image Quality...

Hello!

Reading Jeff's review on the FZ18 he got the best quality by using the pic adjust at NR -2 and RAW file.

I made some tests with jpeg format with NR-2, NR0 and NR+2 and after I processed the images with Photoshop CS2. The best result was with NR-2, like Jeff's review for RAW format.

With NR-2 we have a more detailed image and reducing noise after keeped the details and lines with a great definition.

For all tests I used Contrast Zero, Sharpness Zero and Saturation +1.

Later I'll post the link of the images with some 100% crops.

Look the the air intake on the hood...NR-2 is much better. The rear view mirror also looks better.
