Sharp at full Zoom

I remember somebody saying that the Tamron 70-300 wasn't sharp at full zoom. How is this? It was taken at about 4 feet away.

Nice work again Frank. Now if you tell me you took that hand held with SSS OFF I am getting in my car driving east and going smack you with my 70-300!! You are rock solid Frank, keep it up.

That was hand held right out of my car window SSS was on.

I said it wasn't sharp. lol..... whenever I look at things, I always zoom in 1:1 and find that the images are just too soft. If you had two side by side one at 180mm and the other at 300mm and looked at 100%, you'll see what I mean. When scaled down, it is hard to tell.
