How to change auto focus point?
If the camera is lighting up the red box in the center as it's focus point but what if I don't want that as the focus point, what if I want the others as a focus point?
Which button must I press? Thanks.

Gotta change the AF Area to not spot, but that other one, multi segment I think. I would check but my battery is charging right now. The other one is wide, which focuses on the closest object (great for portraits that anyone can take). Not that you would give your camera to any joe on the street.....

Thanks dr4gon. My AF Area is already set to Wide but which button must I press to change the focus point?

It's usually the 4-way button on the back.

oh lol, I naturally assumed it was an alpha
If it's on wide (and assuming it's an alpha), set it to multi-segment, then use the directional arrows to point it to an area on the square.

Instructions ...
Here's pg. 75 of your user manual, which describes it.
