    Cool "One-of" shots

    P51 - Homebuilt (Minus guns)
    Attachment 38638
    EXIF A700 w/ TAMRON 200-500mm f/5-6.3
    @ 230mm - f/5.6 - 1/1000 sec. - ISO-400 - Shutter Priority - Spot Metering - AF-A(DMF)

This pilot was waiting for take off, on the runway, and he parked over a Blue Taxi point patch ... the sun was so intense, it reflected off the plane's paint job ... and customized it.

    Torpedo Bomber
    Attachment 38639
    EXIF A700 w/ TAMRON 200-500mm f/5-6.3 - Crop
    @ 230mm - f/4.5 - 1/2000 sec. - ISO-400 - Shutter Priority - Spot Metering - AF-A(DMF)

And if you were not impressed with the first P51's free "custom paint job" ... check out this one:

    P51 - Military (Means business)
    Attachment 38641
    EXIF A700 w/ TAMRON 200-500mm f/5-6.3 - Crop
    @ 330mm - f/19 - 1/90 sec. - ISO-100 - Manual - Pattern - AF-A(DMF)
I slowed this shot way down to stop freezing the prop ... and get that revving drama.

And then this bird was developed in the 1960's, during the "VietNam Conflict", as a two-man side-by-side Navy-launcher Bomber ... then they modified it into a 4-man Navy Electronic jammer aircraft, to disable missile radars BEFORE the bomb group got in there ... much like the EF-111 "Sparkvark" in the Air Force.

    EA-6B "Prowler"
    Attachment 38643
    EXIF A700 w/ TAMRON 200-500mm f/5-6.3
    @ 200mm - f/8 - 1/500 sec. - ISO-100 - Manual - Spot Metering - AF-A(DMF)

And at OSHKOSH ... no one has forgotten VietNam or those who have been lost ...

Look, I did not create the optical laws of the Universe ... I simply learned to deal with them.
Remember: It is usually the GLASS, not the camera (except for moving to Full Frame), that gives you the most improvement in your photography.
