    I have a DCR-2020pro that I bought for my S3 before.
I wouldnt recommend it if you want good an sharp picts. It tends to soften a lot and only has a small central area in focus. Purple fringing is also a lot worst. But it sure does have a lot of zooming power. Videos of the S3 with DCR-2020PRO looks ok though and IS works.
Although, now it works better with my Canon G7.

Sorry for ressurecting this old post...but I recently just got this lens (actually the DCR-2025, which is the same lens but with more adapter rings and a lens hood). Haven't had much trouble focusing. The autofocus has an easier time focusing if you put it in Macro mode. Here it is attached to my S3 is and sample photos with the standard zoom and the Raynox 2.2x telephoto adapter. These shots are through my sons dirty window and no-tripod so they aren't the sharpest.

EDIT: I've gone outside and taken some better shots...better showing the quality of the Raynox lens.

domozitolk, nice picts and it is nice to know that you are satisfied with your 2025PRO.
I still have mine but I did not use it much before on my S3.
It has awesome magnification but the sharpness is disappointingly only limited at the center.
Blur increase to the sides as well as purple fringing [as shown in your picts (leftmost tower spike, traffic light left edge)]. The only work-around I did before was to frame my shots at the central sharp area then later crop the blurred edges.

Now, I occasionally use my DCR-2020PRO on my Canon HF10 HD videocam. It's huge but the quality is better than it was on my S3 then.
Good luck, happy shooting and thanks for sharing.
