Technical differences between S300 and A95

I was wondering if anyone can tell me the key differences between the SD300 and the A95 apart from the five obvious ones to me- MPs, more manual settings on the A95, size, LCD size and swivel, and battery type.

Technically is there much difference between the two that I should know about in my comparison ? At the moment the real choice appears to be physical dimensions and more manual control. Aside from that, would I see any real differences in picture quality and so on ?
