Anyone ever have any luck with Pentax's customer service?

I bougth a Pentax Optio S6 at a local pawn shop. The lens would not fully extend, so I figured "what the hell" and bought it after I talked him down to ten bucks (he thought it only needed a battery). I know that the little camera had been $250.00 new.

I sent it off to Pentax about three weeks ago and still haven't heard back from them.

It seems like a nice little pocket camera and probably worth a few bucks to get it fixed. I'm just getting a little frustrated, not having heard from Pentax yet.

Just thought I'd share with anyone that cared to hear...

I got my Pentax back today. No charge. Cute little camera that works great and fits perfectly in my pocket or cell phone case so I can carry it on my belt.

It's not my big Nikon DSLR, but it'll do in a pinch!
