    Now to figure out a way to take photos while driving.
    You could always let someone else drive while you took the photos

    I suppose you could use a remote control or get a cameras that takes photos when it sees movement or when an object comes into focus. You could then setup a modem etc. on the camera to email you a copy to a laptop in the car so that you could review it straight away!

    Still sounds like a Speed Camera may be the best option....although can work out to be pretty expensive

    Just mount a camera with a fisheye on a boom stand out of your passenger window with a intervalometer...simple!! :P
