I experimented with candle light and a 30 second exposure w/ the 18-55mm IS


strangely, just the leg shot got more attention (50mm f/1.4 instead)

It is one of the smaller ski areas in the bavarian alps.

Here is a selfie I did today. I picked up a stand umbrella kit for my 430 EX today. I think my next purchase will be a reflector and some kind of reflector holder thing-a-ma-bob. Just lightroom presets for raw conversion if you were wondering.
