    I went for a walk around a local park with the 7D today.

    Nothing special, but I like the light.

    I was also taking other photos of the trees at apertures of around f/8 to compare against my 40D, as a recent review seemed to slate the 7D's performence.

    I have to say, at f/8 I wasn't noticing much difference at all, and the 7D still smokes the 40D and 50D for noise at hi ISO's.

    I don't understand why there is so much hate for this camera. I love it.

    Yes, it's not as good as the 5D from an image quality point of view, but in terms of other crop cameras, it's up there with the best, and all the other features make it a winner for me.

    nice faisal I like the planet version better than the original! the clouds and gradients look smoother.
