    Amazing smoke shots, Csae!

    Here's one of a morgue from an abandoned TB hospital, scary place. Just one "corpse locker" here.

    Thanks, you might try www.opacity.us it's a pretty large site for abandoned sites and building photography;

    classic Benz!

    in the US it was called the 500E, and was a child of the AMG Hammer; these were the forefathers of the current crazy powerful sedans. (you most likely already know this).

    Is the 500E diesel?

    I always think of one particular model when i think Benz, that one is pretty close to what i usually think of, but i can't put my finger on the exact one.

    I'd like to buy a used one similar to that one of these days : )

    I think it was changed to E500 in the later part of the year 1993. This one was supposedly built by Porsche and does 0-60mph in 5.5secs....don't think AMG had anything to do with this model.

    Nope. It's got a 5.0 V8 petrol engine.
    These ones are built like a tank. Amazing cars. This particular model is considered a classic as only 10K were built.

    guess I'm a bit rusty in my MB knowledge. :-/ you are right on both regards. When I made the comment about the AMG Hammer and the 500E what I meant to say is that those were the early performance sedans which were the precursors of the modern breed.

    note to self: don't discuss Mercedes facts with faisal

    I was bored to death with facts about this car by my friend who had bought it in April and is restoring it so it's like I know almost everything about it...

    I'd have to disagree with this kinda being a precursor. This car was launched as an answer to the magnificent BMW M5 which IMO was the first crazy performance saloon and still is the best...(yep..I'm one of those people who drool over a M5 )

    p.s Wikipedia is your best friend when you need to throw facts around, trust me, I use it all the time!!!
