I like the use of selective coloring and focused ambient lighting on the subject.

Faisal, AMAZING image of cardboard collector, there is so much meaning to it and framing works 100% perfect for me. I find candid photos of people and portrait photography to be the most challenging. Congratulations.

Michael, thanks. I love your boat image, the only thing that I would suggest if may be sharpen this a bit to add retro feel.
Faisal, wow, impressive "NEEDLE" and the image of it. Is this vertical pano I guess?
