Hey folks, I just got my first more serious digital camera. I mostly take photos when I travel and have in a not very practical fashion carried around both my digital Sony point and shoot camera for my photo blogging as well as my still Canon Rebel for my more serious photos. But my lens recently fell apart, so my mom finally slipped a DSLR into my Christmas stocking this year.
A couple of my first photos, one from Joshua Tree national park and another from the San Diego Wild Animal Park. The camera is a Canon Rebel XSI and the lens a Quantaray 18-200. The lens is really only reliable up to maybe 80/100mm, so I am looking to buy myself a better telephoto sometime soon.
