Rasidel,
A little over processed looking for my taste, but it does kind of fit the mood of the scene. On my laptop screen the color seems a little too strange. The skyline and sky seem to have a strange reddish/magenta cast while the foreground is much cooler. Just feels unbalanced to my brain.

thanks for the feedback. dawn + city lights + winter = those colors. I did mess with them in HDR though.

Yeah, the colors are weird, but I think it works.

I like this new version better, though the blues in the lower left are a bit strong for me.

I like the new one, but the mood is quite different. The color is not as out of balance. The skyline is crisper and overall much cooler cast. In the first version the skyline seemed hazy.
