Rasidel, did you massage the contrast on that MB shot?

hey bud, actually I turned DOWN the contrast on this shot, in Lightroom. to 41. The other sliders are left about the same, after the HDR merge (from 3 exposures). Fill light is at 16 and Black is at 15. The magic happens in the Black & White processing module - the top photo is with the B&W module OFF, the bottom is with it ON:

Rasidel,
Interesting. I didn't notice it until seeing the second image here that the tires & wheels lost a lot of detail. Did you consider layering the images and trying a few blending modes to bring up some selective details? Not sure it would make the image better, really just thinking out loud.

Lukas,
n
Nice clouds and an almost pastel look to the scene. Might not be your cup of tea, but consider running some processing to render it as a pastel drawing in PS or Painter. Do that and print it on a canvas for the full effect.

Honestly I didn't spend much time on it - I was looking for a dark feel and effect. So I didn't consider doing any of those things you mentioned. But I could.

Rasidel,
I like it as it is. Like I said just thinking about options out loud.

Rasidel,
I like the way the color ties to the DOF to make your subject really pop out of the scene.
