    Zmikers,

I like both wall shots. The panorama format works well for the Great Wall although I think I would prefer it about 15% taller to move that one tower off the vertical center. Really like the graphic element of all the lines in the second. Not sure if you intended to have that little security camera in the shot, but I wish that it was more obvious and aimed right at the walker.

Lots of beautiful shots of grand subjects lately. I'll shake things up and post something really small instead.

kgosden & BBPhoto - Thanks for the comments and suggestions.

Blindeye - That's truly disgusting, but a great shot.

    ANP,

I don't believe I have seen star trails curved around two different center points. I am guessing it has to do with the wide angle field of view?

    Thank you zmikers

kgosdenYes, this shot was at 10mm, Facing the west Horizon, with North Polaris on the right side (not visible in the frame) while South Polaris on the left side under the Horizon (Again not visible).

It is possible, if you search Star trails on flickr, you will get plenty of similar examples.

    ANP,

So being at or near the equator is likely a key as well.
