I was standing at the end of the bridge. You can sort of see it at the end between the bridge and the sign. If you think the number of rods is strange then take a look at how high up they are. I wouldn't like to be sitting at one of those tables when they haul something up!

It is a sculpture in Chicago's millennium park called 'Cloud Gate' but more commonly referred to as 'The Bean'.
