Band is getting a little easier. Still debating about a longer lens. But I think I have improved with the lighting and not so much blurring etc.....

Nism,
Nice use of monochrome in the image. I am sure that is some wonderful public building or office, but it immediately made me think prison even without bars on those cell blocks. Look at these for comparison (you get complete links as I assume the images are copyrighted):
