Great panning shot. Something about it has that Lensbaby/miniture feeling, but I cannot quite put my finger on why. Perhaps the sense of scale from the structure behind the car? Or maybe the lack of features on the person in the car's window?

Nice use of monochrome in the image. I am sure that is some wonderful public building or office, but it immediately made me think prison even without bars on those cell blocks. Look at these for comparison (you get complete links as I assume the images are copyrighted):

LOL it's a luxury hotel. It's the Intercontinental at Melbourne (quite the opposite of a jail cell), but yea i got that impression too from the uniformity of the rooms.
