Thanks....
Only a few of those buildings are owned by Dubai World (or nakheel) so I would say no....and those few have always been for sale i.e leasing them out to commercial or residential purposes for 99 years of ownership...the only difference is there are hardly any buyers right now and the prices have almost dropped by 50%...

Ohk....
This crisis has already affected me. Had landed a job in a newly established photography company specialising in properties about 6 months back. It closed down even before their website was up....Anyway assisting Chris Hurtt really worked in my favour i.e I think he liked my commitment and recommended me to the company that undertakes photography assignments and classes that have plenty of contacts....they're hopefully taking me in and introducing me to the business of photography...
