Is that Lake McDonald? Were you on a boat to get the picture? I live in Kalispell, 30 miles from GP, I have a bazillion photos from there, but none as pretty as that one.

Yes that's lake McDonald, I set up on one of the little points along the lake and watched the show, tripped my shutter every now and then.

Thanks everyone, God provided the photo, I was just lucky enough to be there and trip the shutter.
A good photograph is knowing where to stand.

With christmas only 2 sleeps away I just wanted to wish you all a safe and merry christmas. Hope that you spend are able to spend this time with those special ones in your lives

Just a few christmas photos from home

Dan has had this bear stocking since he was 8yrs old, so almost 21 years. It has aged beautifully. I am not sure as to how the stocking managed to make the trip to Dawson Creek since it generally lives at my mother in laws house. I do suspect that I have a stealth mother in law who packed it without us knowing. But it being here has helped Dan with being a little more in the holiday spirit since we are unable to spend the holidays with our families.

The dog gets a stocking too. I played a bit with the effects in LR and cme out with this
