I like it, Red. Nice composition and exposure, and the balck & white works well for me. I also like the shallow depth-of-field. However, I'd prefer the focus plane to on her lips rather than her teeth.
Oh, and your girlfriend's very pretty!

Lone Boater

f5, 1/500, ISO100, 140mm.
The original shot was brighter, but I liked it darkened down a bit.

great shots.
Dusty, you left me speechless with this dramatic beauty… I mean lone boat sailing at dusk I guess.
Drama as usual with excellent photo of his specially trained bird, probably his dragonfly took a short vacation, yeah?
And JTL nice catch, I wonder if that chap in the boat demanded some pay from you for posing. Exposure spot on and great colors.
All your shots make me feel so frustrated about myself because I cannot get out with my camera as it is raining most of the time and gets a bit too cold in evenings when I am leaving office. Cannot remember such a terrible September here.

Thank you!
About the pay...he was too far away to ask! I actually had farmers in China demand money after I took some shots of them and their stupid water buffaloes!
About the exposure. If you look at my EXIF data, you'll see that I always underexpose by 1/3 of a stop. It helps to hold the whites and pop the colors at the same time (at least on my XT...another of my little tricks).

Thanks for the comments!
I took this earlier this summer and I wasn't too crazy about it, but the print in my house gets all kinds of interest, so I thought I would post it here.
Jumper

6 shots combined into 1. I didn't have a tripod with me, which meant the combining of the shots in PS was a pain in the rear.
