    Recovering deleted photos

if you accidentaly delet a photo from your card, is it gone for good ? i recall some time ago someone telling me that there was a way to recover the photo from the card even after it has been deleted with a special program as long as you havenlt formatted the card since deleting.

is this true ? anyone have this software/ know where to get it/ have positive experiences with this.

and yes, btw, my dumb ass has accidentally deleted some photos.

A card is exactly the same as any other media. When you delete something you do not actually delete it. All you do is remove it from the media's FAT so the media then thinks that the space is free and will overwrite it if required.
The first rule is DO NOT WRITE ANYTHING TO THE CARD. As soon as you realise that you have deleted accidentally remove the card and quarantine it. You should then be able to use virtually any recovery software to find and restore the missing data.

    Try this software

    I've successfully Recovered a picture

I've successfully recovered a picture using this software.
I was at the improv and took a picture of tommy davidson when
he was on stage. The bouncer came over and took my camera
deleted the file and gave me my camera back at the end of the show.
Got home scanned my card and recovered it.

    try it!!
