1.0 gb sd card for my kodak

Hi there everyone I have a 1 gb sd card for my kodak z740, but I am having problems . It works fine in my camera but when I take it out and put it in my card reader on my computer it freezes the computer and I carnt see the pictures. Please anyone with any ideas .

Sounds like the problem is most likely the card reader, or your computer. I'd start by trying it on another machine first. It will probably work. If so... there's a number of things you'd have to try to get your computer to recognize the external memory (SD card). Other computer forums may be of more use in that respect.
