well ima clean freak and want to clean out my d50 but not sure exactly what to do, i tried searching for some threads didnt find much!!
so whats the best to do or buy to clean my lenses and whats inside of the body?

Don't. You can clean the front and rear elements of your lenses with a clean microfibre lens cloth. You can clean the inside of your camera with a quick jet of air (but keep the nozzle outside the lens mount). Any further cleaning you need to send it off to a professional.
