To get Star effect you use a high aperture. High for this camera would be 8

I like the third and last one in the second post. Because of the colors, I think. Interesting shots.
A little advice: next time, please try to put some space between photos, it would be more eye-pleasing .

Oh settings are...
ISO 100 or 200 depending on conditions
Usually aperture 5.6 or 8 for landscape depending how much DoF I want. Though DoF is huge with any point & shoot camera.
