Ironic i'd get into photography haha.
So there's the short of it!

Sorry to hear that, downtrodden. Let's at least hope it is a slow process, so you will keep your vision for as long as possible and can stay with photography as long as possible too.

You made me curious and I hope you don't mind my asking, but...who is Ito Ako in the picture??
BTW - seems like several of us here share, or have shared, the same interests and professions or occupations - there are Martial Arts people here and I used to be an IT professional too!
Couldn't find a good pix. I posted this and it's supposed to be a joke. hehehe.. as FlipMarc have said, "Ito Ako" means "This is me". I find the idea funny anyways....

And the fact that you actually visited this Canon forum, shows that there is still hope for you!
Hehehe... Just teasing you a little!

Hey, this is a great idea!
My name is Adam. I'm 44 and I live in San Francisco with my wife and two daughters (21 & 18) and too many cats.
I teach at a high school in Pacifica (about 7 miles south of SF on the coast.) Go here to see a cool picture and amazing site. I'm a librarian and also teach US History and digital design.
I've been into digital photography for a few years, starting with a Canon A40. I'm still waiting for Canon to design my perfect camera....
Here're two pictures of me in my library from Halloween 2006 and Halloween 2004.
