trouble turning on

my camera wont turn on and the lens is stuck out. i have tried new batteries, new card and and pressing and holding the on button... i really need help with this.... i have no clue what to do next

Hmm, I assume that this is some Olympus model, but you don't bother to put much detail into your message. Regardless, have you done the standard reset procedure by leaving the batteries out over night? Then after 24 hours try a fresh set of batteries. If that fails you should consider calling Olympus support.
