RED, fantastic shot. I love the movement in the picture.
I think your whitebalance is a bit too cool, though, judging from the snow. I think the picture would look better if you warmed it up a bit.

Phil, nice shot. I like the use of partial black and white. I think the completely black and white version is not nearly as intersting, because the beautiful patterns on the rooftops no longer draw your attention.

ANP, nice shot. The lighting is fantastic. I would crop a little of the right side, though.

Here's another picture with the 70-300:

That's all we need. Now we will all of a sudden have threads about how wonderful Memory Stick is as a format and why don't Nikon adopt it.

I might send a PM to Jeff pointing out the issues involved with letting SA residents join forums.

Thanks Prospero..I am torn to be honest.

I love this shot of the sunset...I have always wanted to make the sun appear as large as that, but cannot with a limitation of 200mm (300 in APS terms)...the 300mm would be nice (450mm)!

    Great colours.

I'm not going to link to the thread cause I don't want to encourage but check "the hot deals forum" on this website. Some turkey's using a very similar username to mine to advertise junk.
