Didn't your father teach you that there is no such thing as a free knob when it comes to vehicle purchases.

Shot with the 383 bounced off ceiling and the SB-25 encased in a Rooz special softbox (actually made from a slightly smaller Yankee Candle box). The softbox on his face really helped to bring out his eyes more. Thanks Rooz!!!!

and this one shot with mommy-

Here ya go. Unfortunately, this shot was taken right after my son came out of the bathtub so my wife was wearing a sweatshirt Hopefully sometime this week we will get a chance to take some more intimate shots of her and the baby. I actually want to darken it a bit, but here is the b+w. Oh, and Rooz- I made the softbox out of a pretty thick 9x6x6 box, lined with aluminum foil and a piece of white card stock paper from my wife's scrapbooking collection on the front. Looks pretty ghetto but works really well. This was lit with the 383 off the ceiling and the SB-25 softboxed camera left. I like the nice soft light that it throws. Thanks for the idea!

    All shot ISO 100, f2.8 @ 1/200th

I suggest you stop down some. There isn't much of a background so no need to deal with the shallow DOF of f/2.8

I agree, but I had just gotten done shooting him in the tub (again lol), she grabbed him, posed for a sec, click. Would've had to adjust the flashes, etc.
