Thanks DPR, if you look back to when he was a little younger his natural hairstyle is a mohawk. Looks cool, but is neater when it's cut.

I am not sure how to answer the meter reading part. I focused directly on her face. And man oh man I wish that was my yard!!! Its about a mile away from me though!
man, i love the photo and great use of flash in this, but i guess you kept mum about one important detail in this photo, namely your beautiful wife who makes your photo excellent

This stared out as the shark below. some how it double posted. I tried to delete it but It wouldn't. So I will change the pic'.
This pic' was real dull looking, almost a sillouette. After some hit & miss photo editing I ended up with this.

    VR 18-55, FL22mm, ISO 280, 1/30s, f/4, Auto.

I like the way you flash reflects of his eyes. Almost makes them look like human eyes.
What does the ring flash do compared to a regular flash?
What time did you make your post? On my end it says you posted at 5:56 A.M.
Just wondering what the time difference is.

On my computer Rooz's post shows as 10:26pm.
On Rooz's computer I guess it would show 10:56pm.
Assuming the time of posting displays local time the way I think it does.

The hairs on those forelegs are incredible. Nice gold colour on the carapace. Feels redundant to say it but great shot Rooz.
