    Same as a car.
Left foot for the clutch, left hand for the gear lever (notice there is no clutch on the left handlebar). I suspect that they probably get the things in top gear an leave them there during the race they are only a 3 speed gearbox I think and they date from around WWII time.

Ok the gray in that last pic from me as a rock I may crop it out. I haven't done anything to any of these photo's at all yet, no time.

Here is the next one, same trip:

Shot with the Nikkor 50mm F1.8 at 50mm, F9, 1/500, Auto Iso, not shown in EXIF.

Again C&C welcome, trying to learn and get better at this like you guys.

Phil - I like the bright colors and interesting subject of this one but I would like to see this same shot with the focus switched to the rusty pole with the out of focus light house in the back ground or the pole taken out of the frame. I am by no means an expert but that was the first though that came to mind when I looked at this shot. Also, the dust spot in the top corner has to be cloned out. I get a ton of those with my d40x and they drive me nuts so when I see one in a picture my eye is always drawn to it.

Thanks ESP, I didn't have a lot of time as we were on a bus full of people and I had to snap as much as I could. I will take care of the dust spot before I do anything permanent with the pics. I have been to busy to do anything with my pics, other than post them for now.

I will see what else I have from the trip to post.

    Thanks for the feedback.

I really like the shot esp but I've got to ask have you tried playing with the contrast to see whether it makes it better or worse?
