Yes that is my son outside in the snow in shorts and a short sleeved shirt kicking a Rugby ball. He has put a light weight jacket on and he is building a snow man.

What is going on down there? Excellent choice of ss, to show snow and motion

Rings, nice saw those dudes on the Olympics last night on the rings, He is going to have to practice a lot. Love all the colors, playgrounds make for great kid shots.

Incredible dynamic range...here's a case where it is the camera and not the photographer!

And the Tamron 28-300 VC is doing very well for itself indeed. Two at the extremes...one at 300mm and one at 28mm...

Thanks for the comments everyone. I'm not as hardcore of a photographer as a lot of you guys, but every once in awhile I surprise myself. Anyhow, I had to keep moving around the city to keep the storm position where I wanted it. I managed to get about six or seven good lightning shots, but none as good as the one I posted.
