lol rooz, you know that meat on his beak really makes the shot IMO. Rarely do you see an animal that's not "cleaned up" for the shot, and it adds some realism. Makes me think of how deadly he really is.
Xailo, I like the Orton/blur effect you used. I think the Beetle is perfect for its use because of the nostalgia it can have (especially with that old-fashioned bike on it, that's just perfect!) I might try toning down the effect on the background, but it looks just right on the car.

This is what they hooked boats up to, so they wouldn't float away. I thought it was cool. Would love to do it in sepia but I have Elements and haven't figured out how to do it.

Looks like a soft light or orton effect? Either way a decent shot, even though the bike is clipped off on the side. And that beetle has some major negative camber on the back wheels.

Nice image, beautiful colours.
To turn the image into Sepia with Elements you can do the following:
In the menu go to: enhance >> adjust colour >> Adjust Hue/Saturation
You then need to check the box that says "colorize"
After that, you can use the hue slider to get the tint of sepia you want, you can use the saturation slider to adjust the vividness of the Sepia tones, and you can use the brightness slider to adjust the brightness of the image.
Of course there are many more ways to do this, but this is one of the easiest ways.
Hope this helps.

looks like a regular shot with some softening. I see some banding so I would guess it was from a RAW, perhaps tone-mapped.
