    And the boys hate having to retrieve the balls from the blackberry at that end of the ground.

    Here are two pictures I took today with the new macro lens (Kiron 105 f/2.8). They were taken wide open, because it was overcast and windy, which is why the DOF is a very small. One of the small flowers of this branch was hanging on a thin thread (invisible due to the small DOF) and looked almost like it was floating in the air. I thought it made an interesting subject:

    I love that shot! The sharpness of everything from the players to the background. Wonderful colors, from the orange net to the yellow foliage in between the greens And you captured the facial expressions perfectly.
