surprisngly good prospero for shooting with 70-300 sigma
Thanks, Shoeytennis. I must say I was pleasantly surprised with the performance of the 70-300 (and of my ancient tripod, for that matter). It's really a very good lens for the money.

Shoeytennis, nice shot (and nice girl, you're a lucky man ). I like the way you edited it. It really has the gangster feel you mend to give it.
Dave, I also like your picture. You managed to capture the winter feel of the scene very nicely. I like the way the lights of the cars, signs and trafic lights stand out of the picture.
Here's my picture of the day. Taken after the sunset of the previously posted shots of the bycycling bridge across the highway. I tried a bit of a different composition than usual, with the upper two thirds sky instead of the other way around. As always, comments and criticsm are welcome

personally i think the bulidings to the right are a little distracting and can be dimmed down a tad. i LOVE the colour combination of the sky/ clouds/ bridge. really nice photo.

Thanks for your comments, Rooz. I'll try to burn down the buildings . It's a bit difficult, because they are partially blown out. It's a pity the sky has most colour right above these buildings, otherwise I would just have cropped them away.

I have one here I did some pp work to and would like some feedback on it and if anyone wants I can post or email the original and see if someone could really make it pop. I wish I would have had a grad with me when I took it but didn't so I am looking to make something out of it in pp, if it is even worth it.
