    my first real attempt at using the 10-20 for people shots. i quite like the way this turned out actually. i think with a little, (well mayb alot), more practice i can get some decent shots. thanks kiwi...you opened up a little world to me here with this lens.

    Nice shot rooz. Looks like the D300 can capture a high dynamic range looking at how it retained the colour in the sky.

    she thinks its "pretty good". lol

    Nice shot, Rich. Great composition and bokeh.

    Rooz, nice job with the Sigma. Shows that the lens can be used for a lot more than just landscapes.

    Accord, nice HDR. Beautiful colours and compositon. I would use a bit more light smoothing or a lower strength to get less halooing in the sky above the trees. Also, it might be better to raise the brightness of the snow by using layers in photoshop to make the snow a bit more white.
