The wording on that sign is actually rather frightening.

    Great shots guys.

SantaCruz, beautiful flower shot, but I fell in love with the other close-up featuring a very cute pooch and I was amazed with that.

Raw, I hope you did not want having this camera as problems with carrying it around, imagine you board a plane with such a piece of hi-tech.

r3g, such an unusual look and its feeling AMAZES me. Tell us truth, you merged two pix in one or was it the original shot? I cannot believe one could pull such a composition straight out of the cam.

Prospero, right you are, I did not grasp you were talking about harsh shadows there. Do not beat me please.

Oh, yeah if you are in the area, there is an Award Winning National Geographic Photo exhibit going on now.

They did have this camera, sure it is dated but check out the stats.

Now there's a real camera. I want one of those for moon shots
However, does it take ultra wide angle lenses too?

Oh, and I would love to visit the NG Photo exhibit, but it's such a long way swimming . Perhaps if you can send me that camera, I can see it from here.

Here's another HDR, this one was made from a single raw file (my other rawfiles wouldn't allign with this one). I took this one on the Orkney Islands. This one is not realistic at all, but I kinda liked it. What do y'all think?

LOL!! PP FTW . It was created from a single RAW saved in 4 different exposures as .TIFF. Merged and tone mapped in Photomatrix Pro and further editing in CS3. A lot of the dynamic range is in the bushes which you cant see anymore because I toned it all gold but without that the picture is way too busy. Glad you like it because flickr members dont seem to .
