    Port House Cellar

Taken on a recent trip to a Port House in Oporto, Portugal.
First time posting a picture, so constructive criticism is welcome (and encouraged).

It was pretty dark so ISO was bumped up a bit as this was taken handheld. When converted to sepia, I think the noise adds to the effect.

I'm not sure that I see the symbolism in the power lines. For us less artistic people can you please explain the thinking behind the image composition
    Thanks.

great shot ! love the atmosphere you captured in the pic which is often the hardest thing of all to get. i think it could probably do with a bit of a boost in contrast though, it looks a tad flat ?

remember, the the best way to encourage feedback on your pics is to give feedback to others, both positive and room for improvment. there's nothing worse than people expecting to get feedback whenever they post a pic but never giving feedback to others.

welcome to the forum and hope to see you posting more !

    Hey Rooz,

The shot is originally in color and I just figured making it black and white would make it more dramatic. But here's the Exif for that stream shot:

    Exposure: 3 sec.
    Aperture: f/29
    Focal Length: 30mm
    ISO Speed: 200
    Exposure Bias: -2 EV
