I'm not sure that I see the symbolism in the power lines. For us less artistic people can you please explain the thinking behind the image composition

Taken on a recent trip to a Port House in Oporto, Portugal.
First time posting a picture, so constructive criticism is welcome (and encouraged).
It was pretty dark so ISO was bumped up a bit as this was taken handheld. When converted to sepia, I think the noise adds to the effect.
great shot ! love the atmosphere you captured in the pic which is often the hardest thing of all to get. i think it could probably do with a bit of a boost in contrast though, it looks a tad flat ?
remember, the the best way to encourage feedback on your pics is to give feedback to others, both positive and room for improvment. there's nothing worse than people expecting to get feedback whenever they post a pic but never giving feedback to others.
